Trustees may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes.
- Village Hall update including Caretaker’s report/User Groups
Caretaker will report on:
Any maintenance requirements
User Group Activities
Any new Village Hall bookings
5.Village Hall Renovation
Councillor Mulligan will provide Trustees with the present status of the renovation programme.
6. Finance Report
The Trustees will review and approve the financial report from the Clerk.
7. Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Trustees on any correspondence received
