Our Community Work

Volunteers Always Appreciated

A new project for next year is placing metal tiered Heritage Planters on the seating area opposite the Four Elephants and outside the shopping area. These will replace the old wooden planters and enhance the look of the village for residents. These will be funded by a generous donation by Skipton Properties who are building the new houses on Croft Mill.

Here are some projects of which the Parish Council are involved, but do not include the many other day-to-day responsibilities. All these projects all require a great deal of background work that is traditionally shared between clerks, council members and volunteers. Good council work is truly a fully inclusive community effort. Please get in touch if you wish to volunteer.
