- Welcome, Apologies and Declarations of Interest
- To approve the draft minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record.
- Matters Arising
Trustees may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes.
- Village Hall update including Caretaker’s report/User Groups
Caretaker will report on:
- Any maintenance requirements and user group activities
- Any new Village Hall bookings.
5.Lancashire Environmental Fund
The Chair will brief the Trustees on the status of the Lancashire Environmental Fund application for support in insulation and fire escapes in the Village Hall
- 6. Finance Report
The Trustees will review and approve the financial report from the Clerk.
- 7. Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Trustees on any correspondence received
