- Village Hall update including Caretaker’s report/User Groups
Caretaker will report on:
Any maintenance requirements
User Group Activities
Any new Village Hall bookings
5. To arrange for Certified Professionals to conduct annual inspections
Gas Safety Test / Boiler Service
PAT Testing
Full Risk Assessment
6. Finance Report
The Trustees will review and approve the financial report from the Clerk.
7. Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Trustees on any correspondence received
