Welcome, approve apologies, declarations of interest
Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
To adjourn the meeting for public participation for their issues
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
Cllr Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide a report to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Grazing Land
Cllrs Mulligan and Whitfield will provide an update of activities undertaken relating to the maintenance of the allotments
Website
Cllr Knowles will provide an update on the Web Site developments.
Handyman and Repairs
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the repairs undertaken and projects planned for the new handyman.
Finance
The Council to review and, once agreed, approve payment of recent expenditure.
Planning Applications
Councillors will consider and comment on any new planning applications that have been received
Horticulture
Cllr A. Salter will update the council on the required planning.
Community Update
The chair will brief the council on:
the revised lease agreement for the Pavilion and request approval to discuss this with the Cricket Club for acceptance.
the new culvert installation from Causeway to Towngate beside the Foulridge Social Club
Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received
