Welcome, approve apologies, declarations of interest
Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
To adjourn the meeting for public participation for their issues
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
Cllr Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide a report to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Grazing Land
Cllrs Mulligan and Whitfield will provide an update of activities undertaken relating to the maintenance of the allotments
Councillors to discuss and agree grazing land/allotment rents for 2025/2026
Garage Tenancies
Cllrs to review the charges and fees for the parish owned land near Breeze Cottage and discuss the request of an extension to their lease from the tenants of parish owned land on Skipton Old Road (Garage 2).
Handyman and Repairs
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the repairs undertaken and projects planned for the new handyman.
Finance
The Council to review and, once agreed, approve payment of recent expenditure.
Councillors to note the Local Government Service Pay agreement and apply the increase to the Clerk’s hourly rate, backdated to 1st April 2024.
Planning Applications
Councillors will consider and comment on any new planning applications that have been received
Horticulture
Cllr A. Salter will brief the council on the required planning prior to Remembrance Sunday.
Community Update
Cllr K.Salter will brief the Council on the status of the transfer of the pavilion to the Cricket Club.
Councillors will discuss the 2024 Christmas Lunch preparations and finalise any necessary adjustments to the event’s preparation and budget.
Councillors will review the status of the tree survey recommendations and further actions that are required.
Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received
