Welcome, approve apologies, declarations of interest
Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
Cllrs Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide their reports to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Grazing Land
Cllr Watson will introduce any announcements regarding the allotments and grazing land.
Cricket Pavilion
Cllr Mulligan will brief the council on the issue regarding the Cricket Pavilion roof and what action is required.
Finance
The Council to review and approve payment of recent expenditure.
The Chair will introduce what recommendations that the Financial Sub-Group feel are appropriate regarding adjustment to the 2023/24 Budget and what increase should be considered for the annual Precept increase for 2024/25.
Planning Applications
The Chair will brief the Council on the status of the two outstanding planning applications that were introduced at the the last meeting:

23/0741/FUL PROPOSAL:
Change of Agricultural Land to Residential for a 3 car garage and turning circle.
23/0789/FUL PROPOSAL:
Change of use of land to site 4 no. holiday camping pods at: Moorlands, Skipton Old Road, Foulridge
Horticulture
Cllr A Salter will update the Council on what is needed to ensure the village has a Spring village display.
Community Update
Councillors can introduce any item that they would like the Council to consider for further discussion.
Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received
