Welcome, approve apologies, declarations of interest
Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
To adjourn the meeting for public participation for their issues
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
LCC Cllr Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide a report to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Grazing Land
Cllrs Mulligan and Whitfield will provide an update of activities undertaken relating to the maintenance of the allotments.
Councillors to discuss and consider the allotment water charges for 25/26.
Councillors to discuss new tenancy lease for Fields A, B and C.
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the discussions with the Tree Surgeon regarding work needed on trees on Parish land.
Handyman and Repairs
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the repairs undertaken and projects planned for the handyman.
Finance
The Council to review and, once agreed, approve payment of recent expenditure.
Councillors to note receipt of the final precept payment for 2024/25
The Sub-Committee will brief the Council on their decision regarding the annual Precept increase.
The Chair will request Council approval for the Financial Sub-Committee to draft the 25/26 Budget for presentation at the Council’s meeting in March.
Planning Applications
Councillors will consider and comment on any new planning applications that have been received
Cricket Club Pavilion
Councillors will discuss the present status of the Cricket Club lease and solar panel installation that has been installed.
Horticulture
Cllr A. Salter will provide any update of activities undertaken relating to Horticulture.
Community Update
Councillors will consider and comment on any new community issues that have been received.
Correspondence
Councillors to consider a request from a garage tenant to extend their current agreement.
Councillors to note and discuss correspondence received from a member of the public regarding dog fouling issues and a noisy manhole cover.
Councillors to consider a request from a resident for Foulridge to take part in the Great British Spring Clean between 21st March – 6th April.
