• Approve the Draft Minutes of the Previous Meeting
  To approve the minutes as a correct record.

  Councillors may provide updates on any content of the previous minutes.

  For members of the public to raise any suggestions, issues or concerns.
• County and Borough Councillor Reports – For Information Only
  LCC Councillor  and PBC Cllr K Salter will provide updates on County and Borough activities.
• Allotments / Parish Land
  Cllrs Mulligan and Whitfield will provide an update on maintenance and management of allotments and parish land.  Councillors to discuss and agree grazing land/allotment rents for 2006/2007.  Councillors to review the charges and fees for the parish owned land near Breeze cottage.
• Handyman and Repairs
  Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on repairs undertaken and projects planned.
• Finance
• Review and approve recent payments and financial activity.
• Financial sub-group meeting feedback
• Planning Applications
• Councillors will consider and comment on applications submitted.
• Horticulture
  Cllr A. Salter will provide an update on recent and upcoming activities.
• Lancashire Environmental Fund (LEF)  Cllr Knowles will provide an update on the status of the LEF Grant Notice of Interest application
• LALC Area MetingCllr Halliday will provide the Council with feedback from the LALC Area meeting held in Burnley on 24th November.
• Community Update
  Councillors will consider and comment on any new community issues received
• Correspondence
  The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received.
• To consider the land asset transfer offer from Pendle Borough Council.
• To consider a request for sponsorship for a village resident selected for the Youth England Squad in gymnastics.
• To consider contributing again to the Pendle Primary Schools Free Swimming Initiative for 2026/27.
