Cllrs Mulligan and Whitfield will provide an update on maintenance and management of allotments and parish land. - Handyman and Repairs

- Internal Audit 2025/26 – To approve the appointment of the Internal Auditor to undertake the internal audit of the Council’s 2025/26 accounts.

- To consider the insurance renewal quotation and agree the Council’s preferred option

- Cllr Halliday to give an update on the current position regarding the proposed asset transfer from Pendle Borough Council.

- Declarations of Interest – Land Section Review
- Councillors to review and update their Declaration of Interest forms, with particular attention to land/property interests, to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Cllr Halliday to provide an update on the new council email addresses

- Councillors will consider and comment on applications submitted.

Cllr A. Salter will provide an update on recent and upcoming activities. - Lancashire Environmental Fund (LEF) Cllr Knowles will provide an update on the status of the LEF Grant application
