Welcome, approve apologies, declarations of interest
Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
To adjourn the meeting for public participation for their issues
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
LCC Cllr Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide a report to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Parish Land
Cllrs Mulligan and Whitfield will provide an update of activities undertaken relating to the maintenance of the allotments.
Handyman and Repairs
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the repairs undertaken and projects planned for the handyman.
Finance
The Council to review and, once agreed, approve payment of recent expenditure.
The Clerk will ask Councillors to approve Karl Baldwin as the Internal Auditor for year ending 24/25
Cllr K Salter will inform the Council of required adjustments to the 2025 Budget and request their approval for these to be accepted.
Planning Applications
Councillors will consider and comment on any new planning applications that have been received
Cricket Club Pavilion
Cllr K Salter will present, and councillors will then discuss, the decision of the Cricket Club regarding the pavilion lease and associated changes required.
Horticulture
Cllr A. Salter will provide any update of activities undertaken relating to Horticulture.
Community Update
Councillors will consider and comment on any new community issues that have been received.
Correspondence
The clerk will brief the council on any correspondence received.
