Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
Cllrs Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide their reports to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Grazing Land
Cllrs Mulligan and Whitfield will brief the Council on the status of the:
lease agreement for Field E.
fencing to divide allotment plot 17
path drainage
Cricket Pavilion
The Chair will brief the Council on the status of:
Pavilion repairs
Fire Safety inspection
Request for support to allow installation of solar panels on the roof
Handyman and Repairs
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the repairs undertaken and projects planned for the new handyman.
Finance
The Council to review and approve payment of recent expenditure.
The Clerk will ask Councillors to approve Karl Baldwin as the Internal Auditor for year ending 23/24
Planning Applications
Councillors will consider and comment on any new planning applications that have been received
Horticulture
Cllr A. Salter will brief the Council on the latest status of the Heritage planters and general
issues.
Community Update
Councillors can introduce any item that they would like the Council to consider for further discussion.
Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received
