Welcome, approve apologies, declarations of interest
Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
Cllrs Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide their reports to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Grazing Land
Discussion on position regarding Fields A, B, C, E and Parking Areas.
Cricket Pavilion
Cllr Mulligan will provide an update on the status of the repair work for the cricket pavilion damage.
Cllr Mulligan will update councillors on a maintenance budget and regular inspections.
Councillors will decide on the annual increase to the Cricket Club lease for 24/25.
Handyman and Repairs
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the repairs undertaken and projects planned for the new handyman.
Finance
The Council to review and approve payment of recent expenditure.
Cllr Knowles will provide and update of proposed final amendments to the 23/24 budget and seek approval from the council.
Planning Applications
Councillors will consider and comment on any new planning applications that have been received
Horticulture
Cllr A Salter will update the Council on the new planters and the sponsorship by Skipton Properties.
Community Update
Councillors can introduce any item that they would like the Council to consider for further discussion.
Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received
