1 Welcome, Apologies and Declarations of Interest
2 To approve the draft minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record.
3 Matters Arising
Trustees may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes.
To note that Cllr Nicholson has been removed as a trustee following her retirement and that Cllr Robinson has been appointed as a trustee; both changes have been completed with the Charity Commission.
5 Village Hall update including Caretaker’s report/User Groups
Caretaker will report on:
Any maintenance requirements
User Group Activities
Any new Village Hall bookings
6. Finance Report
The Trustees will review and approve the financial report from the Clerk.
7. Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Trustees on any correspondence received
