Welcome, Apologies and Declarations of Interest
To approve the draft minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Village Hall update including Caretaker’s report/User Groups
Caretaker’s report on any maintenance requirements and user group activities
The Caretaker will inform the Council of any new Village Hall bookings.
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the village hall floor cleaning and renovation trial.
Village Hall Trustees
The Chair will clarify the role and confirm the names of the new Charity Trustees listed with the Charities Commission
Councillors to give their feedback on the Charities Commission overview
Finance Report
The Council will review and approve the financial report from the Clerk.
Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received
