Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
Cllrs Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide their reports to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Grazing Land
Cllrs Mulligan and Whitfield will provide an update of activities undertaken relating to the maintenance of the allotments.
Cricket Pavilion
Cllr K Salter will brief the Council on the latest information regarding repairs to the Cricket Club Pavilion and fire regulation requirements.
Website
Cllr Knowles will brief the Council on the present status of the Website improvements.
Handyman and Repairs
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the repairs undertaken and projects planned for the new handyman.
Finance
The Council to review and, once agreed, approve payment of recent expenditure.
Planning Applications
Councillors will consider and comment on any new planning applications that have been received
Horticulture
Cllr A. Salter will brief the Council on the village planting and future plans.

The chair will brief the council on a resident’s request for hedge cutting at the Alma Avenue Play Park.
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on repairs required on the soft play area at the Play Park.

The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received
