Welcome, approve apologies, declarations of interest
Approve the Draft Minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record
Matters Arising
Councillors may provide the meeting with updates on any content of the previous minutes
To adjourn the meeting for public participation for their issues
County and Borough Councillor Reports – for information only
LCC Cllr Purcell and Cllr K Salter will provide a report to update the Council on County and Borough activities.
Allotments/Grazing Land
Cllrs Mulligan will provide an update of activities undertaken relating to the maintenance of the allotment
Handyman and Repairs
Cllr Mulligan will brief the Council on the repairs undertaken and projects planned for the new handyman.
Finance
The Council to review and, once agreed, approve payment of recent expenditure.
Councillors to discuss any appropriate adjustments to the 24/25 budget and discuss the precept setting for 25/26
Planning Applications
Councillors will consider and comment on any new planning applications that have been received
Horticulture
Cllr A. Salter will provide any update of activities undertaken relating to Horticulture.
Community Update
Councillors to consider the letter received from Pendle Leisure Trust inviting the Parish Council to opt into their scheme regarding primary school swimming.
Correspondence
The Clerk will brief the Council on any correspondence received
